An investment in your family, well-being, and happiness
- $185 for the initial 60 minute parent intake session
- $170 for subsequent 45 minute sessions (the therapeutic hour)
Please note I do not accept insurance of any kind. I’m happy to provide you with a “superbill” if your insurance plan offers out of network reimbursement for therapy services.
Out of Network Benefits
To find out how your mental health benefits work, simply call the member services number on the back of your insurance card. You will want to ask the following questions:1. What are my out of network benefits for outpatient mental health services? Specifically for procedure codes 90791 and 908342. How much is my deductible, and how much is reimbursed once the deductible has been met?3. What information do you require on the Superbill in order to process as out of network?4. Where do I send the Superbills?
Payment
I accept cash, credit cards, HSA/FSA, and checks (made out to Josie McCall Therapy).
Cancellation Policy
I request 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments in order to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice is the full cost of the session.
